The Call to Discipleship

As we follow in the footsteps of Jesus, we walk worthy of our calling. Still it remains that faith in the path Jesus provided, not our own efforts to achieve righteousness, leads to salvation. It is also faith in God that is necessary to continue to walk out the salvation won for us by Christ alone . Part of the way we live daily by faith is by living according to the law of Christ, which is governed by love for God and others. It takes faith to believe that it is best show love toward someone who is unloving rather than retaliating in kind. But this is the kind of faith in God that believers in Christ are called to live out daily.🙏 🙌 ✨️ 💛
